Import Clearance: Required Documents

To process your import declaration, we typically require:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin (e.g. EUR.1, ATR)
• Transport Document (CMR, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill)
• VPID (Hungarian Customs ID Number)
• Power of Attorney for customs clearance

VPID Number Application Support

A VPID number is mandatory for customs procedures in Hungary. We help clients obtain it smoothly.

Documents needed:

• Completed application form (2 copies)
• Company extract (not older than 30 days)
• Bank account contract including IBAN (or recent bank statement)

Originals or certified copies are required for submission.
